Purpose
Some ventures do not need a one-off plan; they need a steady counterpart while priorities shift. The retainer gives you scheduled sessions to revisit milestones, hiring timing, offer changes, and the living plan document.
Included
- Two sessions per month (60–90 minutes)
- Async review of short planning artefacts between sessions
- Continuity with the same advisor across the retainer period
Excluded
Day-to-day operations management, recruitment searches, and outsourced executive roles. This is advisory capacity, not interim management.
