Business Plan Blueprint
A full planning document for new and early-stage ventures — market narrative, offer, costs, and first-year milestones.
Who this is for
Founders who need a credible written plan before raising capital, applying for facilities, bringing on a co-founder, or committing personal savings. You may have a rough model in a spreadsheet and half-finished notes; you do not yet have a document others can critique.
What you receive
- A complete business plan covering offer, customers, channels, operations, and finances for the first 12–24 months
- A clear list of assumptions still untested, with suggested field checks
- A one-page summary suitable for early conversations with advisors or lenders
- One revision cycle after your review of the draft
What is not included
We do not write investor pitch decks, handle company registration, or negotiate term sheets. Tax advice sits with your accountant. If your venture needs specialist regulatory counsel (food safety, health, financial advice), we flag the gap rather than fill it.
How we work
- Intake call — goals, timeline, and materials you already have.
- Discovery sessions — typically three to four working meetings covering customers, offer, and numbers.
- Draft plan — we write; you annotate.
- Revision and handoff — final document plus a short reading of remaining risks.
Preparation
Bring any existing notes, competitor lists, cost quotes, and customer interview summaries. If you have none yet, we start from structured prompts — expect homework between sessions.
Constraints
Plans reflect information available during the engagement. Markets move; we date assumptions clearly. Work already underway for another advisor should be disclosed so we do not duplicate or conflict.
