Engagement
How an engagement runs
From first enquiry to a finished plan — the stages we use so both sides know what happens next.
Engagements stay human-scale. You work with the same advisor throughout. If a specialist (accountant, lawyer, industry mentor) should join a session, we say so early so you can invite them.
1. Enquiry and fit
You describe the venture, timeline, and what the plan must unlock. We confirm whether a blueprint, sounding session, financial review, or retainer is the right shape — or decline politely if another advisor fits better.
2. Scope letter
We send a short engagement letter: fee, deposit, deliverables, and meeting rhythm. Work starts when the deposit clears and materials are shared.
3. Discovery
Working sessions dig into customers, offer, costs, and constraints. You receive homework between meetings; we prepare agendas so time stays useful.
4. Draft artefacts
We write the plan, notes, or model annotations. You review with comments, not silence — disagreements surface here, not after handoff.
5. Revision and close
One structured revision pass is included on project fees. We hand over final files and a short reading of remaining risks. Retainers continue on the monthly cycle.
